In many braches of Shamanism we believe that during trama, parts of the soul break off. These fragments stay stuck in the space and time of the traumatic experience. In some cases there will be attachments and the shaman goes into the spirit world and removes any attachments then retives the soul fragment and blows it into the client. The technique I use comes from the Shaman Elders of Peru in the Andes and the Amazon.
